Ganache is both one of the easiest and most useful recipes. It is the base for chocolate truffles, fudge, chocolate pies.
You could also use it as a cake topping, or filling. It is liquid but firms up as it cools. Although this recipe uses coconut cream it is still the flavor of chocolate that will shine through. If you use a chocolate that is very high in cocoa you should increase the amount of cream slightly, these quantities work best for a regular baing chocolate (between 50 and 65 percents of cocoa).
